About the PIER Program

Early Support makes a lasting difference

We work with teens and young adults experiencing changes in thinking, perception, and mental processing. We offer steady guidance, family support, and practical tools so no one has to navigate it alone.

How we help

Psychosis Identification and Early Referral

The PIER Program is here to support teens and young adults who are having confusing experiences that are hard to explain, including changes in thinking, perception and mental processing. Our goal is simple: to help you gain understanding, feel supported, and stay connected with the parts of life that matter.

We work closely with young people and their families. PIER brings together therapy, psychiatry, family involvement, peer connection, employment/education support, and care management into one coordinated team. Early intervention can make a meaningful difference, and we are here to offer steady guidance, encouragement, and practical tools.
